The following tutorial videos will assist users with the system we use for requesting and scheduling events, Ad Astra.
For Requesters:
This video will go over the simplest functions of Ad Astra for someone requesting an event.
For Schedulers:
These videos go over functions that someone with scheduler privileges can perform. These videos will assist people with approver privileges as well. Under the For Approvers title below, you will find another video that will go over specific functions that someone with only approver status can perform.
For Approvers:
This video will go over some extra functions that someone who only has Approver access can perform.
