Rina Sklar, Musical Director, “Elf the Musical, Jr.” and “Legally Blonde the Musical, Jr.”

Rina Sklar has performed extensively with Seaview Playwright’s and Staten Island Shakespearian Theatres as well as with In the Wings Productions, Harbor Lights, Sundog Theater, Snug Harbor Performing Arts, Kill-her Entertainment, and the Staten Island Playwright’s Collective. She also performs annually in the 1776 Peace Conference re-enactment at the Conference House. Rina is a triple-threat performer and a mezzo-soprano, performing in stage productions, cabarets, and with her band. She received a Masters in Education from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Voice from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. She is a New Jersey certified music teacher who currently teaches in the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District where she received Hamilton Primary School's “Teacher of the Year” award in 2014.
