Mindfulness & Yoga Programs
Spend the summer exercising your body and your mind! The sessions below will focus on techniques to reduce stress and improve your quality of life through yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Classes will be delivered live virtually. Students will receive an email with classroom access prior to first class.
Yoga for Beginners
Students will learn basic yoga and meditation practices that they can employ at home or in a yoga studio. Students MUST attend all 6 meetings in a session and must have a yoga mat to participate.
Session 1: Mondays, 5:15pm – 6:15pm on July 6, 13, 20, 27; August 3, 10
Session 2: Tuesdays, 10:30am – 11:30am on July 7, 14, 21, 28; August 4, 11
Tuition: $99 per session
Bring joy back into parenting by learning how to incorporate mindful practices into everyday interactions with your children, spouse/significant other to reduce conflicts and strengthen communication within the family unit. Topics will include:
- Mindful Parenting 101
- Mindful Parenting for Elementary Ages
- Mindful Parenting for Tweens and Teens
- Mindful Parenting for Children with Special Needs
Tuesdays, 7:30pm – 9pm on July 7, 14, 21, 28; August 4
Tuition: $109 per session
Fit & Fabulous Women’s Group
Women supporting each other to be their authentic self. Activities will include: inspirational readings, yoga and meditation, and peer sharing. Note: Yoga Mat and Journal needed.
Thursdays, 7:30pm – 9pm on July 9, 16, 23, 30; August 6, 13, 20, 27
