Lego Robotics MASTERPIECE (Ages 9 – 14)
In our MASTERPIECE STEM challenge, LEGO teams will compete with others as you embark upon a new robotics journey to determine how modern technology is used to enhance various life experiences. You will play in a high-energy game and push the limits of your robot’s performance, efficiency and endurance as you test the technological advancements of the world. The question is; are you up to the challenge? Whether it be designing, strategizing, building or coding, you are encouraged to use your creativity to overcome various obstacles and missions. Customize your EV3 robot to best approach missions such as going through the hologram performer, connecting a sound mixer, completing the 3D cinema challenge and more. Bring your ideas and innovations to the table and take the lead as you build and program your way to success.

Robot Mania (Ages 6 – 8)
In this class, students will be introduced to using technology as a means of interacting with and exploring the natural world. Each lesson will have a hands-on approach to robot building and coding lessons that will be used to support creative and critical thinking skills. At the end of the program students will not only have gained introductory coding skills, but will also be able to think critically about how we can help protect our planet.

Intro to Computer Programming (Ages 12 – 17)
In this course students will develop logical reasoning and computer programming skills using the VBA language. We will cover variables, data types, input/output, debugging, locals, immediate, watch windows, conditional branching, If..Then..Else, case statement, looping, Do while, Do until, arrays, subroutines, and functions. Students will learn fundamental object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, and techniques. The course is a strong introduction to the world of coding and is a must for anyone interested in advancing their knowledge base. Prerequisite: Good aptitude for computers, mathematics and science.
