Help us welcome Brendan Stackhouse!

We are thrilled to welcome Brendan Stackhouse to the Actor Children's Theatre School family.

Brendan Stackhouse graduated from Wagner College with a B.S. in Arts Administration concentrated in Theatre, Film and Music and is an accomplished New York City-based director, choreographer and teacher. On returning to his roots, Stackhouse says, “I’m very excited to be returning to Wagner College to work with this group of community students!" (Awwww, we're excited too!)

As a professional whose repertoire includes work on and off-Broadway, he says he loves working with youth programs. “I love working in settings like this," he says, "because I am able to combine my experience in the theatre with my experience as a classroom educator... it’s fun to see both worlds combining and helping each other out.”
Brendan Stackhouse's first endeavor with ACT School will be directing our premier December show, Elf the Musical, Jr. “Elf is such a great show for this group," Stackhouse says. "It’s full of singing, dancing, and acting opportunities that will stretch these young performers and give them a fun and educational experience.”
Looking for an opportunity to work with Brendan Stackhouse? Be sure to audition for Elf the Musical, Jr. on September 7!
