Fall New Student Orientation Schedule
Dear New Seahawks!
We are excited to welcome you to campus! The Fall 2026 Orientation dates for undergraduate and transfer students are as follows:
- Commuter Student Experience Day: August 14, 2026
- Welcomes commuters and their families. Internally described as “commuter move-in.”Â
- New International Student Move-In: August 19, 2026Â
- International Student Orientation: August 20, 2026
- New Student Move-In: August 20, 2026Â
- New Student Orientation: August 21-22, 2026
- August 21 is academic and community focused (e.g. convocation, meet faculty).
- August 22 is more community and how to navigate and be at Wagner (celebratory, events, and compliance training).Â
- City Trips, August 23, 2026
- Optional offerings at low to no cost.
For our second degree nursing, graduate, and doctoral students, you have to attend one of the two orientation sessions. They are:
- Thursday, August 13, 2026 on Zoom at 7pm
- Wednesday, August 19, 2026 in person at 4:30pm.Â

2nd Degree Nursing, Graduate and Doctoral students will be invited to attend one of two sessions. Attendance at one is required.Â
Session 1- Thursday, August 14 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Zoom
7:00pm Welcome Session, Overview of Wagner, Highlights, Parking, etc.
7:30pm- Breakout Sessions with Programs

Session 2- Wednesday, August 20 from 4:30pm-6:30pm on Campus (Location TBD)
4:30pm Welcome Session, Overview of Wagner, ID Pick Up
5:00 pm Tour of Wagner
5:30pm- Breakout Sessions with Programs
