Step 1: Enrollment
- Complete the confirmation of enrollment form.
- The enrollment deposit is $600 for residential students, $300 for commuters, and $3,000 for international students.
- If you are paying by check or money order, please make it payable to Wagner College.
- Then celebrate; it’s official!
Step 2: OneLogin
- Create your OneLogin. This account gives you access to Wagner email and myWagner, where you will receive important updates.
- Please note activation may take up to 24 hours after submitting your enrollment deposit.
- Activate your OneLogin. Once your account is activated, you can use your username and password to log into OneLogin.
- OneLogin is a hub that provides you with access to all the platforms you will need as a Wagner student.
Step 3: New Student Form
- Complete the New Student Form, Public Safety Form and (if applicable)Â Housing Form.Â
- After filling out your New Student Form, Wagner College’s academic advisors will build your first-semester course schedule for you, based on your interests and goals expressed on the New Student Form. Please complete this form by June 4, 2025.
Step 4: AP, IB, & Transcript Submission
- Please submit official AP or IB scores to our Registrar Office and all College Credit transcripts to our Admissions Office.
- Be sure to review our transfer credit policies under our FAQ’s.
- Submit your official final high school transcript.
Step 5: Medical Information
- Wagner College cares about the health and safety of all our students. Our policy includes that before entering campus, all students are to have the following completed and submitted to Health and Wellness by January 15, 2025 for Spring and July 15, 2025 for Fall.

Complete your Medical Information Form
- Enroll or waive Medical Insurance

- All students MUST waive or enroll in the First Student Health Insurance provided by the College. If your insurance is not accepted as equal to the minimal insurance requirement set forth by the State of New York, then you will be automatically enrolled in our policy, which will provide you with full comprehensive coverage during the academic year.
- Open enrollment for Student Health Insurance deadline to enroll or waive the insurance is February 14, 2025 for Spring and September 1, 2025 for Fall 2025.
Step 6: Housing & Course Registration
- Make sure you apply for housing at housing.wagner.edu. You do this to ensure you get a space for the Fall. Your applications takes about 1 minute to complete!
- You use your OneLogin to get into the system.
- You can also list your intended roommate by creating a roommate group.
- Check MyWagner for your housing and course assignments in mid-to-late July.
- Use your OneLogin to log in. Watch the myWagner student tutorial if you need help.
- You will not be able to view your housing assignment or course schedule if your Medical Information Form has not been submitted.
Step 7: Orientation
- Commuter Student Welcome will be held on August 15, 2025.
- New Student Orientation will be held from August 22, 2025.
- New Student Orientation is required for all new students. More information will be released via email.
Step 8: Move-in
- August 21, 2025: Residential Move-In Day for new students only.
- August 25, 2025: First Day of Classes!
