Step 1: Enrollment
- Complete the confirmation of enrollment form.
- The enrollment deposit is $600 for residential students, $300 for commuters, and $3,000 for international students.
- Then celebrate; it’s official!
Step 2: OneLogin
- Create your OneLogin. This account gives you access to Wagner email and myWagner, where you will receive important updates.
- Please note activation may take up to 24 hours after submitting your enrollment deposit.
- Activate your OneLogin. Once your account is activated, you can use your username and password to log into OneLogin.
- OneLogin is a hub that provides you with access to all the platforms you will need as a Wagner student.
- Fill out the Public Safety Form to create your Student Id card and receive your parking decal
Step 3: Course Registration

Reach out to your prospective department head (can be found in admit letter or under step Six) to be advised on what courses you will need to register for.

Step 4: Medical Information
- Wagner College cares about the health and safety of all our students. Our policy includes that before entering campus, all students are to have the following completed and submitted to Health and Wellness by July 1, 2024:

Health Record with Immunizations due to Health and Wellness
- Enroll or waive Medical Insurance

- All students MUST waive or enroll in the First Student Health Insurance provided by the College. If your insurance is not accepted as equal to the minimal insurance requirement set forth by the State of New York, then you will be automatically enrolled in our policy, which will provide you with full comprehensive coverage during this 2024-2025 academic year.
- Open enrollment for Student Health Insurance deadline to enroll or waive the insurance is September 1, 2024.
Step 5: Housing
- Graduate students and Adult Learners who are interested in living on campus, should contact the Office of Residential Education at resed@wagner.edu or (718) 390-3420 to discuss the housing application process, move-in, and availability of residential space.
