Kaitlyn Miranda (she/her)

Orientation Mentor

Kaitlyn is a senior, from Elizabeth, NJ. She is a Psychology major with a concentration in Mental Health Studies, with a minor in Biology. Kaitlyn is a member of the Wagner College Dance Team, Psychology Club, and Student Government Association.Kaitlyn loves to hang out on the Oval when the weather is nice! Her advice to new students is don't be afraid! Join that club, start the conversation, pitch the idea - your experience at Wagner is yours to create! She is so excited to meet all of you this summer!

Yenuli Perera (she/her)

Orientation Mentor

Yenuli is a senior, Biopsychology major, from Staten Island, NY. She is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi, Student Government Association and Commuter Student Association. She serves as a First Year Peer Mentor & Student Ambassador. Her favorite spot on campus is the Forchelli TerHer advice to new students is - say yes to everything! Saying "yes" to everything has let me to be so involved on campus and meet some of my best friends! She is so excited for Commuter Student Experience Day and Move-In Day! The energy on those days are unmatched!

Orientation Leader

David is a sophomore from Bear, Delaware, studying Biology. David is on the Men's Track and Field Team, a member of the Black Student Union, and an Office Assistant in the SEA office. David's favorite place on campus is D-hall!David's advice to students is to work hard and stay focused. There is so much to do but the main priority is academics - remember that as you have your fun! David is so excited to meet all of the new students this summer!

Emily Alcaide (she/her)

Emily is a senior, Theatre Performance major, with a minor in Music, from Edison, NJ. Emily is involved in the Jazz Band, Radio Station, and serves as a Writing Intensive Tutor. Emily recently studied abroad in Florence, Italy!You can find her on campus hanging with her friends in the theatre department or on the top floor of the library, her favorite place to study! Emily's advice for new students is to get involved on campus and attend the social NYC trips during Orientation!

Sophie is a junior from Salisbury, MD. She is a Theatre Studies major. Sophie is a member of the Wagner Campus Activities Board, The Wagnerian, and Wagner College Theatre. Her favorite place on campus is the Main Hall Theatre.Sophie's advice to new students is you are not alone, we are all here for you - welcome to the family! She is so excited for Orientation and specifically the NYC trips!

Christian Clinton (he/they)

Christian is a junior, Arts Administration major, from Scranton, PA. Christian is a member of Theta Chi fraternity & a member of the Community Standards Review Board. You can find him in the library studying or the Theta Chi lounge hanging out with his brothers.Christian hopes that all new students will take the opportunity to get to know your professors and fellow students on campus. He is excited to get to know the new faces and names of the Wagner College family!

Tait Eddington (she/her)

Tait is a senior, Theatre Performance and Speech major, from San Diego, CA. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha, Student Government Association, and Wagner College Theatre. Her favorite place on campus is the Union Atrium!Tait's advice to new students is to be as open minded as possible. Get yourself involved on campus and be open to meeting people beyond your major or team. She can't wait to meet her OL small group & work with the other OLs on a great Orientation!

Gabby Juarez Aureoles (she/her)

Gabby is a senior, nursing major, from Staten Island, NY. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority and President of the Panhellenic Council. She works on campus in the Office of Academic Advising and Accessibility. Her favorite place on campus is the Campus Life suite!Gabby's advice for new students is to take advantage of everything that Wagner has to offer. If she didn't take the first step, she wouldn't have had so many amazing experiences. She is so excited to welcome you to Wagner!

Lizzy Jurkowski (she/her)

Lizzy is a junior, Physician Assistant major, from Poughkeepsie, NY. She is involved in the Wagner College Marching Band, Student Academy of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Student Government Association.Lizzy's advice to new students is to stay on top of your work during the week so that you can hang out with friends on the weekends! Her favorite Wagner tradition is Midnight Breakfast! She is so excited for Orientation and the NYC trips!

Brenna's favorite place on campus is Kairos House!Brenna's advice for new students is to get involved as soon as possible on campus. Sam is a senior, Biopsychology major, from Clarkstown, NY. She is the Vice President of Operations for the Student Government Association, a member of the Women's Bowling Team, and member of the psychology club. Her favorite place on campus is D-hall!Sam's advice to all new students is to try to get as involved as possible. It seems scary in the beginning, but in the long run, that's what makes Wagner feel like home! She can't wait to welcome the newest generation of Seahawks to campus this summer!

Keira is a junior from Columbus, OH. She is a Design, Technology, and Management major. She is a member of the Wagner College Cheer Team and Alpha Omicron Pi. You can frequently find her on campus in the Spiro Sports Center!Keira's advice for new students is to be open to new experiences and put yourselves out there! The people are what makes Wagner such a great place! She can't wait to meet you and your families at New Student Orientation this fall!

She is an Arts Administration major and is involved in the College Choir, Student Run Musical Theatre, Completely Student Productions, and an Office Assistant in the SEA office. Her favorite place on campus is the practice rooms!Emma's advice for new students is that the adjustment can be challenging, but don't be afraid to reach out from help - there are so many resources on campus. She can't wait to met all of the new students at Orientation this summer!

Olivia is a sophomore from Staten Island, NY. She is currently undeclared. Olivia is a member of the Student Government Association and Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. You can frequently find her hanging out in the AOII lounge with her sisters.Olivia's advice to new students is don't be scared to get involved. On of her favorite things about her freshman year, was the friends she made through her campus involvement! She is so excited to get to know all of the new students during Orientation!

Kyla is a senior, Chemistry major with a concentration in biochemistry, from Northampton, PA. They are a member of the Black Student Union, Pre-Health Society, and NORD. Kyla's favorite places on campus are Megerle Science Hall & the Oval.Kyla's advice to new students is to explore! There is so much to see on and off campus if you take advantage of it. Kyla's favorite places to explore in Manhattan are 787 Coffee or Central Park. They can't wait to meet all of the new students at Orientation!

Dayana is a junior, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Psychology major, from Spain. She is a member of the Women's Track and Field team and Student Government Association. Dayana's favorite place on campus is the Oval on a sunny day!Dayana's advice for new students is to enjoy every moment at Wagner, because the time goes by so quickly! She is so excited to meet new students and their families at Orientation!

Anthony is a senior, Music Education major, from Staten Island, NY. He is a member of Theta Chi fraternity, Marching Band, College Choir, and Stretto Singers. His favorite place on campus is the Theta Chi lounge!Anthony's advice to new students is to get involved on campus - you never know where you will find your home! He is so excited to meet all of the newest Seahawks to our community!

Illy is a junior, Theatre Performance major, from Jackson, NJ. Illy is a member of Tau Kappa Sigma sorority, Dance Club, WCBG radio, and works in the Life Long Learning department. Illy can be found in the TKS lounge hanging with her sisters or spending time on the Oval!Illy's advice to all new students is to get involved, join clubs, and check out Greek Life! Illy's favorite thing about Wagner is the community and she hopes new students will dive right into campus involvement!

Michael is a junior from Plainfield, NJ. He is a Film Studies major, with a minor in Graphic Design. He is a member of the Men's Track and Field Team, InterChristian Varsity Fellowship, and has a job in the campus Fitness Center. His favorite spot on campus is D-hall!Michael's advice to new students is that college is what you make of it- so think about your mindset and be open to trying new things. It will shape your experience! Michael is excited to introduce you to the Wagner College community this summer!

Alex Soroiu (he/him)

Alex is a junior, Computer Science and Finance double major, with a minor in math, from Targoviste, Dambovita, Romania. Alex is involved in the Student Government Association and Google Developer Student Club. Alex can frequently be found in the SGA Office.Alex's advice to new students is to get involved as fast as possible on campus - it will help you form friendships early on! Alex's favorite thing about Wagner is the tight-knit community and how easy it is to get to know people!

Lexi is a sophomore, Theatre Performance major, from Niskayuna, NY. She is involved in Wagner College Theatre, Dance Club, and serves as an Office Assistant in the Center for Intercultural Advancement. Her favorite place to hang out on campus with friends is the Main Dining Hall!Lexi's advice to new students is to get involved in as much as possible. It is a great way to learn more about yourselves and the people you want to surround yourself with at Wagner. Lexi is so excited for New Student Orientation and can't wait for the NYC trips!

Mackenzie Walsh (she/her)

Mackenzie is a sophomore, Theatre Performance major, from Waltham, MA. She is involved in Wagner College Theatre, Student Run Musical Theatre, Spin Cycle, and serves as a campus tour guide in the Office of Admissions. Her favorite place on campus is Stage One!Mackenzie's advice to new students is to take advantage of all that NYC has to offer! Her favorite thing about Wagner is the community and support that comes from students, faculty, staff, and friends. To Mackenzie, Wagner is home!

Daphne is a sophomore, Theatre Studies major, from Paphos, Cyprus. Daphne's favorite spot on campus is the Aerobics studio! Daphne loves to spend time hanging out with friends on and off campus! Her favorite place to go in Manhattan is Lexington Avenue.Daphne's advice for new students is to step out of your comfort zone, especially in the first few days. Daphne has met so many amazing people at Wagner! She is so excited for Orientation to meet all of the new students and make new friends!
