Wagner College is pleased to announce plans for live, in-person graduation ceremonies for its Class of 2022 graduates.

Commencement for students receiving graduate certificates, master’s degrees and doctorates will take place in the afternoon on Thursday, May 19.

Commencement for students receiving bachelor’s degrees will take place in the morning on Friday, May 20.

Both programs will proceed rain or shine, either outdoors on the Sutter Oval or, in case of inclement weather, indoors in the Spiro Sports Center’s Sutter Gymnasium.

Each graduating student will be able to use up to four guest tickets. We expect that details on how to register for these tickets will be ready by the end of March. Check back here for further details.

Please note that all New York state and/or city and Wagner Covid vaccination and masking regulations, current as of the day of each commencement event, will apply. Those planning to attend are asked to be prepared to meet the most stringent applicable regulations.

FEBRUARY 15 UPDATE: This message confirms the dates for Wagner College’s two commencement events this May and provides specific times for those events. Additional information is also provided.

The Wagner College commencement ceremony for students receiving graduate certificates, master’s degrees and doctorates will take place on Thursday, May 19 beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Commencement for students receiving bachelor’s degrees will take place on Friday, May 20 beginning at 9:30 a.m.

We anticipate that by this time next month, confirmed graduating students will receive a link where they can register guests for their respective commencement ceremony.

Please note that guests should be prepared to submit up-to-date Covid vaccine or testing information as required by relevant New York state or city guidelines.

Remember that each graduating student will be able to register up to four guests for their commencement ceremony.

Both ceremonies will be webcast live, with viewing information available at wagner.edu/commencement.

Please continue to monitor your emails for up-to-date information, including parking information and instructions on ordering commencement robes.
