Finding Purpose and Meaning Through Civic Engagement

October 15, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Studies indicate that opportunities to serve others, whether in civic, private, or professional settings, as well as charitable giving, result in a stronger sense of purpose and meaning in life, leading to better mental and physical well-being.

Join Wagner College alumnus Michael Kirby-McGann ‘17 for a conversation on finding meaning and purpose through Civic Engagement. This conversation is sponsored by LEAD Academy and Wagner College Bonner Leaders.

Michael Kirby-McGann is a 7th Grade History teacher and musician in Harlem, New York City. He is a former Wagner Class of ‘17 alum who studied Education and Psychology and has since earned a Master’s degree in General and Special Education (Grades 5-12).

Pre-Registration Required! RSVP at wagner.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJcucuysqD4iHNTTOIbdg1IiH0kyPF4mk4s7.
