LGBTQA 101 & Ally Workshop gives participants an overview of relevant terms and definitions, as well as providing an opportunity to have open discussion around LGBTQA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and asexual)-related issues.
It is designed to be fun and engaging, all while challenging participants to think critically and expand their own understanding of these topics.
Workshop will be led by Dr. Sara Klein, Dean of Campus Life and Student Engagement and Andy Dillon, student president of the IRIS Alliance.
All individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or current level of LGBTQA-based knowledge, are welcome to attend.
This event is sponsored by the Center for Intercultural Advancement as part of LGBTQ History Month.
