Black History Month Read Aloud
From Maya Angelou to James Baldwin, Black writers have had a profound impact on American society. Join CICA as they host our annual read aloud allowing members of our community to share readings of their favorite Black authors. Dr. Alison Arant will serve as the opening speaker for this event. Come celebrate the publication of Wagner College psychology professor Amy Eshleman's new book, "Seeing Straight," co-authored with former Wagner sociologist Jean Halley.
Peer Education: Write What You Love
Students will write on a post-it what makes them happy and place on a big board. There will be snacks provided as well as pamphlets about self love. The program's goal will be to spread positive vibes and give students a smile.
