As part of the relaxation fair, Community Leaders for the Center of Health and Wellness will have a yoga session led by Larissa from Be Yoga and Dance Studio.
Come take a break from studying for finals!
Please join the Public Art class students and play Life: Immigration Game, Tuesday December 4 from 5pm to 7pm.
The game will start in B7 (Basement) in Main Hall, and takes students through the ups and down of immigration. Players win actual prizes and free pizza will be served for those brave enough to make it through the immigration process!
About the project:
Created by Professor Isabelle Garbani, participants will encounter real life scenarios experienced by many immigrants to the United States.
Do you have boring white garments you want to brighten up? Come to Coffee House on Tuesday, December 4th from 7pm-9pm to tie-dye and snack before finals start.
Limited shirts sized small through large will be provided but we highly recommend bringing items such as pillowcases, headbands, and socks to tie-dye!
Chill with some fine jazz, blues, funk and holiday music, Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. in the Campus Hall Music Performance Center.
Stretto vocal ensemble and a fine band, including guest pianist Tony Regusis, guitarist Mike Hogan, bassist Andy Graziano and drummer David Clive will perform tunes by Monk, Dizzy Gillespie, standards by Hoagie Carmichael, Jule Styne & Sammy Cahn, Bobby Troup and Jerry Bock, a new arrangements of a James Taylor tune, funk by the Speedometers, and holiday music, gospel style and swung.
The Hildegard Ensemble will make a guest appearance with some Billy Joel, Kent & Gannon and some Vince Guaraldi.
