Gallery reception: Charlie Rudalavage, Gaffney Grant Exhibition

November 5 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Department of Visual Arts invites you to the opening reception for the 2021 Gaffney Grant Exhibition. This year's artist is Wagner College student Charlie Rudalavage.

Last semester, Rudalavage was awarded the Richard Gaffney Memorial Grant to create a series of artworks. The material he created explores reality and illusion with dream interpretations, frequently taking family members as subjects. In the artist's words, the completed pieces "link reality to the human unconscious and blur the understandings of everyday life."

The exhibition will be on display until Monday, Nov. 22.
