The Jewish Foundation School and LC1 will present about Kristallnacht in the Union Atrium with a tour of the Wagner College Holocaust Center.
Kristallnacht or the Night of Broken Glass, Nov.9-10, 1938, was a turning point in the escalation of the Holocaust. Over 267 synagogues were burned in Germany and Austria that night and 20,000 Jewish men were arrested and taken to concentration camps. It is a moment to reaffirm why we stand up against antisemitism and all forms of hate through interfaith work.
First-year students come to write a letter to your future self!
WPNSI is a student-alumni networking organization for professional development. The club welcomes students of all class years and majors. There are two parts to the club: the alumni side with Lunch & Learns and the student side with Snack & Shares. The main feature of the club is the various Lunch & Learn events that take place each semester with an alumna as a guest speaker. These brief 1-hour sessions feature alumna from all different industries and various occupations. These are mostly virtual sessions but some may also be in person in the future. On the student side, we provide peer to peer support on professional development and offer more detailed tips and personal anecdotes on our experience with advancing our careers.
