The Wagner College Department of Performing Arts presents international faculty baritone and adjunct voice professor Anthony Turner in “War and Repentance.” The performance will take place on Wednesday, March 15, at 7 p.m. in the Campus Hall Performance Center.

The recital will feature works by Ned Rorem, Lee Hoiby, Louis Gruenberg and R. Nathaniel Dett. Pianist Ok Kyun Kang will join Mr. Turner.

Themes in “War and Repentance” reflect the destructive conditions mankind currently faces: war, poverty, police brutality and the exploitation of the vulnerable.
