Welcoming Wagner College’s president-elect
We hope you can join us at 4 p.m. on Thursday in Spiro Hall Room 2, where Wagner College's 21st president Dr. Doggett will be formally introduced as he prepares to succeed President Angelo Araimo, who is retiring after 30 years of service to the college. A reception in the Union Faculty Dining Room will follow the introductory event. You can also watch a livestream of the event featuring Dr. Doggett and President Araimo.
MLK Agent of Change Award Ceremony
The ceremony will recognize student honorees and student organizations for their work in the Wagner community as positive change agents.
The Law in Film, Television, and on Stage sponsored by the Pre-Law Society
We will be presenting a variety of brief YouTube clips of depictions of the trial courtroom in Film (i.e. My Cousin Vinny, To Kill a Mockingbird), Television (How to Get Away with Murder, Law & Order SVU), and on Stage (Legally Blonde, Seussical) followed with a series of trivia questions. Snacks and Refreshments will be provided. Event is open to all students.
Funny Chekhov Performance
Meet the lighter side of Chekhov with a selection of his short, comedic one act plays. These slice-of-life vignettes are brimming with humor and farcical plot-twists to everyday situations.
