Wagner Film Festival Screening of LYD

November 12, 2024 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Foundation Hall Manzulli Board Room

A "sci-fi documentary" about the 5,000-year-old city of Lyd in Palestine/Israel. LYD tells the story of the city's conflicted history while imagining an alternative version of that history in which the expulsion of its Palestinian residents never took place. Co-director (and former Wagner film prof) Sarah Ema Friedland will join us for a Q&A after the screening.
