Community Award Day, “Together We Serve”
Community Days is an interfaith effort every Spring for the past 30 years to promote collaboration on food, clothing and blood drives, health fairs and other events that strengthen our borough.
This year's event will honor Abigal Dorcin, Professor Lori Weintrob, 120th Precinct Police Inspector Isa Abbassi and JCC Executive Director David Sorkin. Pedro Santiago will also be recognized.
Panel discussion will be on theme "Together We Serve."
Organized by Imam Tahir Kukaj, Dr. Ram Nair and Arlette Cepeda.
Students and faculty encouraged to attend this interfaith celebration.
