Wagner College employees — faculty, administration and staff — are invited to participate in an online sharing circle to discuss strategies for dealing with the emotional impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.
How has this pandemic experience over the past year changed you as an individual? When you control your thoughts, you regulate the emotion. And, like anything else, this takes practice and intention. Ask yourself, “Who am I?” Has this difficult period in time made you stronger? Brought your weaknesses to the surface? Has the pandemic reevaluated what you what to do with your life? How has the experience changed you as an individual?
