Cross Fit Boot Camp

Join us every Friday beginning April 1 and ending May 6 at 5pm for a Cross Fit Boot Camp!

We will incorporate strength training exercises intended to improve coordination, balance, stimulate muscle tone, and improve cardiovascular health.
