Week 1: How do we make spiritual sense of the coronavirus? Spirituality is about consciousness. In the midst of this global pandemic, we invite you to share how your personal beliefs and overall attitudes have been affected in response to Covid-19. Together we will strategize ways to shift our consciousness to help reset our spiritual equilibriums. Monday, Sept. 21, 2 p.m. — Wednesday, Sept. 23, 6 p.m.
Week 2: Who am I? If you dwell on the fear, you feed it. When you control your thoughts, you regulate the emotion. Like anything else, this takes practice and intention. Ask yourself, “Who am I?” Do you want to be strong for others during difficult times, or part of the fear pile-on? Do you want to lead real change around the issue, or be part of the status quo? We can’t control the virus, but we can control our response to it. Monday, Sept. 28, 2 p.m. — Wednesday, Sept. 30, 6 p.m.
Week 3: How have my communities been impacted? Each of us belongs to various community groups and faith-based cohorts. Let’s examine how these integral community-based resources have been affected by Covid-19. Are there any short-term or long-term solutions to current barriers? Join us for a brainstorming session on how we can revitalize our community groups and find support through cooperative resources. Monday, Oct. 5, 2 p.m. — Wednesday, Oct. 7, 6 p.m.
Week 4: How can you change the world by changing within? Change starts with us and our attitude. Let’s try to keep it as healthy and positive as possible. We have more power over what is happening than we realize. Just imagine what might occur if all of us used these tools of consciousness to change disasters around the globe. Let’s tap into that power, as a group, and see what’s possible! Monday, Oct. 12, 2 p.m. — Wednesday, Oct. 14, 6 p.m.
