Wagner College head men's basketball coach Bashir Mason was recently interviewed by Slam magazine on the topic of leadership for a video series that was sponsored by the U.S. Army. Mason, 30, is the nation's youngest NCAA Division I head men's basketball coach. He has built a career record of 38-24 in just two seasons with the Wagner Seahawks, matching Dan Hurley's school record for the most by a second-year coach. His 19 wins as a rookie during the 2012-13 season represent the most ever by a first-year coach on Grymes Hill. Watch the Slam magazine video below:
