    JAN. 30 — The producers of the new Broadway revival of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Evita” announced today that Wagner College Theatre alumna CHRISTINA DeCICCO ’02 will play the starring role of Eva Perón each Wednesday evening and Saturday matinee performance, according to a story in Playbill.

    “Evita” is scheduled to begin previews March 12, with an official opening April 5 at the Marquis Theatre. The box office started selling tickets today. For more information, visit the show’s website.
