On Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, New York 1's Mara Montalbano reported on the signing ceremony for an exchange agreement between Staten Island's Wagner College and the Kibbutzim College of Education in Tel Aviv, Israel. "These are two colleges that really have the same mission, the same vision about education -- hands-on, progressive, humanistic education," said Kibbutzim College President Zipora Libman.
