On Monday, May 4, Wagner College hosted its annual Presidential Economic Symposium, moderated this year by longtime business journalist and money manager Ron Insana and featuring three of the leading executives of the financial industry: Joseph Grano, Richard Fuld and Richard Grasso.
Joseph J. Grano Jr. is chairman and CEO of root9B Technologies, a cybersecurity and regulatory risk mitigation company, and chairman and CEO of Centurion Holdings LLC. From 2001 to 2004, he was chairman of UBS Financial Services Inc.
Richard S. Fuld Jr. is the CEO of Matrix Advisors, which he founded in 2009. He served as CEO, and later also chairman, of Lehman Brothers from 1993 to 2008.
Richard Grasso is the founder of Gladiator Holdings. As chairman and CEO of the New York Stock Exchange from 1995 to 2002, he led the NYSE to become the world’s most respected equities market. He is a trustee of Wagner College.
