The 2023 Wagner International Film Festival will feature screenings of two movies this month. All Wagner community members are invited to attend.
The annual film festival is hosted by the Film and Media program in Wagner's Department of Visual Arts. Screenings are free for all to attend.
On Monday, November 13, catch Burak Çevik's 2019 film Belonging, which takes a highly original and uniquely personal approach to the true-crime genre.
On Wednesday, November 15, Wagner community members can watch Ellie Foumbi's 2021 film Our Father, The Devil.

This Turkish film takes a highly original and uniquely personal approach to the true-crime documentary, mixing re-enactments of a horrific crime that profoundly affected the filmmaker's family, with a fictionalization of the criminals' lives.
