Wagner College’s Evelyn L. Spiro School of Nursing continues to outperform both New York State and national averages on the NCLEX-RN licensure examination. The NCLEX-RN is the national licensing exam that nursing graduates must pass to become registered nurses. During the second quarter of 2026, Wagner nursing graduates achieved a 90.32% pass rate, surpassing the 90.04% national average and 86.48% New York State average, while the program’s year-to-date pass rate reached 92.31%, exceeding both the national and state averages.
