
Dr. Amanda Arcieri
Visiting Assistant Professor, Psychology Department
Dr. Amanda Arcieri, Visiting Assistant Professor Psychology Department Amanda Arcieri is an alumna of Wagner College. After attaining her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from The University of Sydney, she began working as an adjunct at Wagner in 2019, as well as St. John’s University and Iona College. Recently Amanda accepted a full-time position at Wagner College and continues to work part time at her other alma mater, St. Joseph Hill Academy High School. Amanda is also the head swim coach for St. Joseph Hill’s high school swim team and a Japanese Ju Jitsu Instructor at the Bay Ridge Dojo in Brooklyn.
Mr. Louis Bruschi
Clinical Professor, Department of Education
Louis Bruschi is a clinical professor in the Department of Education. He earned a MALS degree from the College of Staten Island and an Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership from Wagner College. His research is focused on community-building efforts in schools to create more meaningful relationships among all stakeholders. He has just completed his 14th year as a public school principal in Staten Island serving as a leader in three different schools over that time. He spends his time outside of school walking around the neighborhoods of Staten Island with Jessica, his wife of more than thirty years.
Dr. Vincent Grana
Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Division of the Arts
Dr. Vincent Graña is a celebrated bass lauded for his rich vocal timbre and compelling stage presence. He has performed leading operatic roles with companies including Opera Santa Barbara, Pacific Opera Project, Dayton Opera, Teatro Nuovo, and Opera Theater Rutgers, alongside an active concert career featuring the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and a 2026 Carnegie Hall soloist debut. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Metropolitan Opera extra chorus, appearing in productions such as Götterdämmerung, Lohengrin, Der fliegende Holländer, Aïda, Fidelio, Turandot, and will be returning for the 2026-27 season in Parsifal, Aïda, Silent Night, and Mahlers Symphony No. 8. He earned his B.M. in Music Education, M.M. in Vocal Performance, and D.M.A. in Vocal Performance from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University
Mr. Mark Hosbein
Clinical Professor, Nicolais School of Business
Mark Hosbein is a marketing executive and educator with more than 25 years of experience spanning a period of extraordinary change in the marketing industry—and a career spent helping organizations navigate and shape that change. His work has crossed brand management, media, analytics, market research, sales and digital transformation, working with and for organizations including Pepsi, AOL Time Warner, Discover Card, Nielsen and Accenture. Across those roles, Mark has helped teams adopt new approaches, build new capabilities and move into emerging areas of growth. Mark’s academic experience includes teaching undergraduate and graduate students at Drew University and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, as well as serving as a member of the Villanova Center for Business Analytics. His teaching focuses on B2B marketing, sales and go-to-market strategy, market research, and the changing role of technology and AI in marketing. Alongside teaching, Mark advises several start-ups in the AI and sales enablement space. This fall, he will also begin pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. Mark earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He lives in Morris County, New Jersey, with his wife and spends his weekends visiting his three sons and, when possible, playing golf.
Dr. Hebah Khalifa, LCSW-R
Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Human Services Department
Hebah Khalifa, PhD, LCSW-R, is an Assistant Professor of Human Services at Wagner College. She brings more than a decade of higher education teaching experience and over fifteen years of clinical social work practice. Her teaching and professional interests include trauma-informed practice, mental health, social justice, culturally responsive practice, and the intersection of clinical practice and human services. Dr. Khalifa is committed to bridging theory and practice through experiential learning and preparing students to work effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
Dr. Ashley L. Koenig
Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Psychology Department
Ashley L. Koenig, PsyD, is a graduate of Pace University’s School/Clinical-Child Psychology doctoral program where they trained in school, hospital, and community clinic settings. They completed their dissertation on the development, implementation, and evaluation of a multi- tiered mentorship program aimed at increasing marginalized student’s access to higher education and professional roles in the field of psychology. Dr. Koenig is a private practice therapist with a focus on treating performing artists and multiply-marginalized individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Koenig has published articles and chapters on affirmative practices with LGBTQ+ communities in clinical and non-clinical settings.
Dr. Jane Moldovan, DPS
Clinical Professor Nicolais School of Business
Dr. Jane Moldovan is a faculty member and a marketing executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in brand marketing, e-commerce, digital strategy, and marketing innovation across the higher education, travel and hospitality, retail, and legal industries. She holds a doctorate in Marketing from Pace University, and has led strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation for companies with a global footprint such as Travelocity, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Her teaching emphasizes collaborative learning, critical thinking, and experiential projects that connect marketing theory with real-world business challenges. Dr. Moldovan’s research areas are innovation and reputation management in higher education. Her professional interests include marketing strategy, digital marketing, consumer behavior, and marketing innovation. She serves as a Board Member and Vice President of Marketing for the Business and Applied Sciences Academy of North America (BAASANA), where she supports scholarship, professional collaboration, and the advancement of research across industries. She is passionate about mentoring students and preparing future marketing leaders through an engaging, inclusive, and practice-oriented learning environment.
