    Ella Amster of Morganville, New Jersey, was the first new first-year student to check in to Harborview on Move-In Day! She was welcomed by Ruta Shah-Gordon, vice president for enrollment and campus life.

    Welcome to the 404 members of the Class of 2026, the newest members of the Wagner College community, who moved in to Harborview Hall this week!

    Average GPA: 91

    First-generation collegians

    • A full third of our incoming first-year class — 134 students out of 404 — are the first members of their families to attend college.

    Residential & commuter students

    • 232 students will live on campus
    • 172 students are commuters

    28 states

    • Four in five students in our new class come from six states: New York (218), New Jersey (53), Pennsylvania (25), Massachusetts (12), California (11) and Virginia (8).

    20 countries

    • The members of our new class come from 20 countries. Including the United States, we have students from Australia, Barbados, Canada (5), Egypt, Finland, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Romania, Spain (6), Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
