GOBLIN MARKET
Goblin Market, adapted from the poem by Christina Rossetti with Music by Polly Pen, is the story of two sisters, Laura and Lizzie, who return to their childhood nursery after many years' absence. Dressed in deep mourning and surrounded by piles of old toys and books, a rocking horse, and a doll's house, they both discover and invent the world of their adolescence from an adult perspective. Goblin Market is part of our WCT Works in Progress series and will be presented as a reading in Spring 2022 and a fully staged production in Fall 2022. Directed by Theresa McCarthy
