The Other Shore

WCT is honored to continue its effort to bring live theatre back to New York City, while keeping our students and community safe. The Other Shore, banned by the Chinese government in 1986, refers to the Buddhist concepts of “paramita” or “nirvana”, and addresses themes such as collectivism, individualism, and the more personal theme of salvation.
