Alex was the first replacement for the role of Connor Murphy in the Broadway company of Dear Evan Hansen beginning Spring 2018. He starred as the Voice of Moritz in Deaf West's Tony Award nominated Broadway revival of Spring Awakening. He received an Astaire Award nomination and a Audience Choice nomination for his performance.
