Rules for Ferry Shuttle Service

● Riders will load and unload at designated spots
● Riders must wear seat belts while on the shuttles
● No smoking or vaping on shuttles
● No eating on the shuttles
● No drinking on the shuttles
● Drinking of alcohol while on the shuttle will result in loss of shuttle
privileges and referral to Campus Life for disciplinary action
● If a passenger, in anyway causes a condition requiring excessive cleaning,
that passenger may be held responsible for any cleaning cost incurred by
Wagner College
● Passengers are responsible to remove any personal belongings, bags or
trash they bring onto the shuttle
● The driver has the right to turn away any students/passengers for unruly
conduct, those students/passengers will be reported to public safety
● There will be no overloading of the shuttle, max capacity is posted in the
shuttle
● For safety and respect of the driver and other passengers, noise levels
must be kept at a respectful level
● Drivers have the right to ask for Wagner College ID and refuse access if it
cannot be provided
● If guest are permitted on the shuttle, they are the responsibility of the
Wagner student/passenger

Riding on the shuttle is a privilege provided by Wagner College, this
privilege can be revoked at any time if a rider fails to obey the guidelines
above, use of the shuttle is an automatic acceptance of the guidelines set
forth above.
