Fall 2026 Registration Timeline

  • Class schedules are posted online on the MyWagner Course Schedule Planner. Take time to review your options.
  • Your registration time will appear at the top, along with your date, for registration to begin.
  • Registration runs from April 30, 2026, to September 1, 2026
    • Initially, each group has one day to register.
    • Start times will be staggered for a smoother experience, but your registration day and end times will remain as scheduled.
    • Once all students have registered, registration will reopen.
  • Holds? If you have a registrar or financial aid hold, you must clear it before registering for classes. This can also be found on MyWagner. under Academic Information.  Contact information below.

Please note that your major department has registered you for major requirements.  Please round out your schedule with general education courses (Knowledge Areas) and/or electives, or minor coursework, to complete your schedule as a full-time undergraduate student.  You will need 4 units.  Meetings with advisors are required, and clearance must be obtained for Stage Two.  Watch out for this announcement soon.

If you have a hold, you must resolve it before registering. Check “Holds” under MyWagner > Academic Information. Only the responsible office can remove the hold.

  • REG/BUSI (Bursar): Outstanding balance. Visit Cunard Hall (foyer window) Mon-Fri, 9 AM–4 PM (closed 12:30–1:30 PM). Call 718-390-3112.
  • DEAN (Campus Life): Complete alcohol education module. See Letty Romero in CACE (Union main floor, back through glass doors). Call 718-390-3423.
  • LIBR (Library): Return overdue materials. Visit the Circulation Desk in Horrmann Library. Call 718-390-3401.
  • HEAL (Health & Wellness): Submit immunization records. Visit Campus Hall 127. Call 718-390-3158.
  • SSN (Registrar): Provide a copy of your Social Security card. Visit Cunard Hall. Call 718-390-3173.

How to Register for Classes, Building Abbreviations, and Registration Holds

Step 1: Select Your Courses

  1. Log in to Wagner Onelogin.
  2. Navigate to Academics > Course Schedule Planner.
  3. Check your registration date and time.
  4. Choose your courses and make a note of the following:
    • Course Code (e.g., BI209-01)
    • Prerequisites (Check the course Bulletin for any prerequisites)
    • Professor’s Name
    • Class Days & Times
    • Labs or Remedials (if required)
    • Special course designations (e.g., (M) for Wagner Plan courses)

Step 2: Register for Classes

  1. Log in to Wagner OneLogin at your scheduled registration time.
  2. Click on Registrar > Course Schedules.
  3. Verify that the correct semester is selected.
  4. Use your notes and click “Add Course by Code”.
  5. Enter the course codes and select the correct section.
  6. Click “Add Course” — your course is now added to your schedule!

Skills FAQ

For All Students

  • Spring advising is quickly approaching. Review this information before planning your spring schedule.

  • The skills requirement is no longer required for any student.

  • The general education knowledge areas are still in effect. Make sure you fulfill the following over your four years (in consultation with your advisor):

    • 2 courses from the Visual and Performing Arts Division (course codes: AR, AH, DA, FM, MU, TH–please note that only 1 unit courses count)

    • 3 courses from the Humanities Division (course codes: EN, HI, PH, JR, SP, RE)

    • 3 courses from the Sciences and Mathematics Division (course codes: AS, BI, MI, CH, PY, MA)

    • 3 courses from the Social Sciences Division (course codes: AN, EC, GOV, PS SO, SW)

Juniors and Seniors

  • You are still required to complete the ILC requirement.

  • If you cannot find an ILC course that fits your schedule, your advisor will help you find a solution.

First-Year Students

  • If you have declared a major, take some courses in your major with guidance from your advisor. Your other courses

  • If you did not bring transfer credit in writing or take a WW course in your first semester, consider enrolling in EN101.

    • There are only 200 seats available this spring. If you cannot enroll, you will have another opportunity in the fall.

  • If you have transfer classes (college credit from high school or AP courses), you and your advisor will receive a preliminary transfer evaluation from OAAA.

Undeclared Students

  • Any student listed in myWag as “undeclared” must declare a major by the end of the fall semester.
