Housing applications will go live on February 29. You simply have to go to housing.wagner.edu and submit an application. Log on using your All Access Pass information to submit an application before your selection date.
There is no deposit; however, by completing a housing application you sign a contract to live in the room you select for the full academic year.
If you lived on campus during the 2015-2016 academic year, you are expected to live in an on campus residence hall for the 2016-2017 year, too! Make sure you complete all paperwork on time so you can select the room you prefer!
Upperclassmen are able to select rooms in Harborview, Towers, Foundation, and Guild. Foundation Hall is reserved for Junior and Senior selection.
We offer three options for upperclassmen; Green Community and Honors Community both in Guild Hall and our new Gender Inclusive Community on Towers Hall D5!
The Honors Community is for any student who hopes their residential experience especially supports their academic and intellectual goals.
The Green Community provides sustainability-centered programs and opportunities in order to advance the knowledge and habits of residents hoping to live a green lifestyle!
The Gender Inclusive Community was proposed and created by Wagner College students! This community supports and advocates for the cultural experiences of LGBTQAI residents and allies. The floor will also serve as gender-free housing. This community allows roommate/suitemate pairings of any gender or sex. Residents who do not indicate similar roommate requests will be assigned a roommate who is also interested in living in the Gender Inclusive Community. People will only be assigned to live in this community by completing the designated application and being accepted.
After you complete your housing application, click the button the says “Apply For Specialty Housing.” There you will find applications for all of the Greek and Themed communities. Greek and Themed Housing Applications are due March 20.
To apply for Medical Housing Accommodations you must complete the Returning Student application. In addition, you will need to complete the Medical Housing Accommodation Request Form. If this is your first time requesting Medical Housing Accommodations (or if there has been a change in your condition that affects your request), you will also need to have the Documentation Form completed by your health care provider. All information, documents, and application for Medical Housing Accommodations can be found at http://wagner.edu/cace/disability-services/.
Students who will be studying abroad should not complete a housing application during this time. During the Fall semester an e-mail will alert students abroad of the Spring Housing application.
