Mara Gannon

Adjunct Professor of Voice and Diction and Admissions Coordinator for the Performance Concentration


Education: MFA in Acting from Rutgers University and a BA in Theatre and Speech from Wagner College

Biography: Prof. Gannon is a professional actor and dialect coach in New York City. Past credits include Sheila Caufield in WAKE (Aisling Arts), Alexandria in The Contents of Her Purse (Dark Luna Prod.), Leontine in The Triumph of Love, Elsa Eichen in Dispatches From Hell, Amy Lee in Laundry and Bourbon, Helena in A Midsummer NIght's Dream, Constance WIlde in Wilde Abandon, Cecily Cardew in The Importance of Being Earnest (all Rutgers Theatre Company) and many others. She is thrilled to be haunting the halls of Wagner College once again. She is also a proud member of the Wagner Alumnus based group Effable Arts.
